If you believe the product you received was faulty please contact us via Instagram (@S.Bbeautyy) within 24 hours of receiving you order. We do not accept returns or exchanges in event of change of mind or personal preferences of a product. S.Bbeautyy only offers returns for unopened products, damaged upon delivery and incorrect items. Refunds and exchanges are strictly for faulty items only. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it in. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you a message to notify you of the outcome. Photos must be provided. If your refund is approved you are required to return the items at your own expense in the original packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
